Excellent center! Took the time to answer my questions/concerns. Did not feel rushed! Front desk is superb with my hearing loss, she speaks loudly where I can hear and understand what she is asking or needs. My experience has been wonderful over the years. They give great after purchase service. They are there for anything you need. If you are having hearing problems give them a try. Having an office in Macon and Warner Robins is great advantage.

The level of professionalism is beyond any other service I have experienced. I highly recommend them for all your hearing needs. I will be back to visit them for all my hearing needs.
The tests were easy to administer. Administrator was kind, knowledgeable, and friendly. He explained the test results with clarity. Will probably get hearing aids due to my moderately diminished hearing capacity. He did a great job.
